Randy Adams, D.D.S.
Dr. Adams is a Fellow in the American Academy
of Pediatric Dentistry, a Diplomate to the American Board of
Pediatric Dentistry, a Fellow in the American College of Dentistry,
a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, a member of the Royal
College of Surgeons at Edinburgh in special needs dentistry, Fellow
in the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of the American
Academy of Special Needs Dentistry and past president of the Southeastern Society of Pediatric
Dentistry. Dr. Adams has
been a member of the part-time faculty at Medical College of
Virginia for over thirty years.
In 2004, Dr. Adams was one of 5 people in the Dr. Adams has volunteered with many community organizations including, Richmond Public School’s, Lunch Buddy Program, the Boy’s Club of Richmond a mentor for the Commonwealth Chapter Links Incorporated, CLONES Project, MOMS Project, and is a board member of the Health Advisory Board Virginia Home for Boys, Crossover Ministry Clinic and the Give Kids a Smile Program. Dr. Adams is a member of many professional organizations. Some dental organizations are, the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Richmond Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Old Dominion Dental Association and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, to name a few. Dr. Adams is married to Rose Adams. They have two daughters and five grandchildren. His hobbies include fishing and golf. Brandon Allen, D.D.S.
Dr. Allen’s educational journey continues to be
challenging, rewarding and enjoyable. His initial schooling started with the East End Day Care
Nursery, progressed to George Washington Carver Elementary, Ginter
Park Elementary, Some highlights of Dr. Allen’s high school days
include, “academic athlete of the year”, captain of the “Mighty
Justices” football team, all district Lineman in 1995, all metro,
academic all region and the “Athletes for Jesus” player of
the week in 1995. He was also selected to represent the state of In 1999, Dr. Allen received his Bachelor of
Science degree in Biology from Dr. Allen’s hobbies and community services are
entwined. He loves
basketball, music, video games and football.
His favorite pro football team is the Miami Dolphins and his
favorite college basketball team is the North Carolina Tarheels.
Dr. Allen has always been community oriented and believes in
doing his share of volunteer work.
He has volunteered in many capacities; he was a scholastic
tutor, served as an after-school camp counselor and coach and was
also a counselor at a summer basketball camp.
Dr. Allen was also a physical therapy volunteer at the Dr. Allen’s father is a retired dental lab
technician at the
Dr. Allen joined the Dentistry for Children
staff in October 2009, completing his lifelong dream. He believes he is very blessed to be able to practice his
chosen profession, pediatric dentistry, in the community he loves
and where he grew up. Dr. Allen is married to the love of his life, Shanail Allen. They dated while they were at Howard University College of Dentistry. Shanail completed her training and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006. They have one daughter, Brielle. |
